1. Introduction
Welcome to Vandera.app Ltd
Vandera is a digital platform that connects members of the nomadic travel community with independently operated overnight locations across the UK and Europe.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vandera platform, including any associated website or mobile application.
By accessing or using Vandera, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Vandera:
● in a lawful manner
● in accordance with these Terms
● in a way that respects hosts, communities and other users You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
3. Nature of the Service
Vandera acts solely as a platform connecting users with independently operated locations.
Vandera:
● does not own, operate or manage any locations listed
● does not act as an agent for hosts or users
● does not provide accommodation services
All locations are operated by third parties, and any arrangement is made directly between the user and the host.
4. Listings and Availability
While Vandera aims to provide accurate and up to date information:
● we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings
● we do not guarantee availability of locations
● Facilities and conditions may vary
Users are responsible for confirming suitability before visiting a location.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Vandera, you agree to:
● comply with all local laws and regulations
● respect the rules set by each host
● use only appropriate, self-contained vehicles where required
● behave in a respectful and responsible manner
Users must not:
● engage in disruptive or anti-social behaviour
● misuse locations or facilities
● leave waste or cause damage
You agree to follow Vandera’s Nomad Code at all times.
6. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for:
● ensuring that their location is legally permitted for use
● providing accurate and up-to-date information
● complying with all applicable laws and regulations
● Vandera does not verify or guarantee the legality, safety or suitability of any host location.
7. Payments (If Applicable)
Where payments are introduced through the platform:
● pricing will be clearly displayed
● payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
● Unless otherwise stated, payments made to hosts are non-refundable.
Vandera may introduce service fees or subscriptions, which will be clearly communicated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vandera shall not be liable for:
● any injury, loss or damage suffered at a location
● theft, loss of property or personal belongings
● disputes between users and hosts
● inaccuracies in listings or descriptions
● availability or condition of locations
Use of any location is entirely at your own risk.
9. No Warranty
Vandera provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding:
● the safety of locations
● the quality or suitability of locations
● uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
10. Accounts
Where user accounts are required:
● you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
● you must provide accurate information
● Vandera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse occurs
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding and materials on the Vandera platform are owned by Vandera or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of Vandera is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Where changes are made, we will notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
